I dont necessarily believe we can stop or alter climate change but anyone who thinks the climate isn't changing is off their head. The weather has gone ridiculous. We started this month with a week of temps under 20.

This is the 11th day over 40° in 2019, this is the same number of 40° days for the entire 10 years from 1960-1969 at the West Tce.

The swings in the temp seem more prenounced than ever, during Spring/early summer you used to get a week of lovely 25-30 degree weather, these days it seems all over the place

No mate. It's all cyclical. Pretty hard to be aware about the climate when your head is in the sand. Some of the people we get up here mate unbelievable. Cane Toads not our biggest problem.

Shit. I used an eyeroll. Hate those things! Stay cool brothers! Have the day off and stay home. Tell your boss REB said it is ok. Sounds legit.

Mine did the same Tuesday & remembered that last Christmas when it shut down I checked the unit & the outlet pipe on the unit was frozen over, turned it off for a few hours & she was hunky dory. It's a refrigerated system

Yep, it was working but blowing warm air so I called one of my clients who told me a few tricks, gave the filters a clean, gave the unit a rest for a couple of hours and when I put it back on I turned down the speed a bit also. He asked if the unit is in full sun, which it is in the arvo, he says the best units in the world will struggle with day after day use in the full sun. Now working fine thankfully :)

Might have to shout the system a service, its been a few years.

My air con conked out too. Did the same thing in January on that hot day.
Kicked back in at around 10pm last night but we had already moved to the shed where I turned the splitty on around 6pm.
So family spent the night sleeping in the shed. Kind of expecting the same thing to happen today to be honest.
Will try and keep the coils cool by watering them?
