Nowhere would be the more correct answer really. Hasn’t played since 2016. Only played a handful of games in 14,15,16 after colts. Had lots of injury problems. Been concentrating on studies I believe.

Seems to be a trend in GSFL, big name recruits with big announcements/expectations but forget to mention that they are very part time propositions.

One club getting their books checked at the moment? May impact their 2020 recruits.

No he hasn't Field of Dreams. Rules since 2017 or 2018 means a player gets a full clearance to switch from a community club to a SANFL, then the community club puts the player on a Permit so that the player can play for them if dropped or not required by the SANFL club. The clearance summary page doesn't show that level of detail but I'm pretty sure that it would just be a Permit back to Mt Compass.

Ok cheers DTH. I hope he sticks at it. He’s quality and should give it a good shake.

Chances of community football going ahead at all in 2020? I'm thinking it is only a 50/50 chance at best right now.

The AFL don't seem to be considering a return until July at the earliest.

Thoughts on playing an uneven fixture if possible? A 6 round season with a top four as an example. Start to finish in two months.

Or, just scrap the season and look forward to 2021?

Plenty going on, curve seems to be flattening but i'm sure restrictions, in-particular limits on gatherings of more than 500 people will still be in place for at least another two months.

With crickets assistance no reason why season can't be pushed back by 5 weeks well into October which may give competitions a chance to get a shortened season in.

GSFL & SFL could also potentially use Hinkinbotham for finals if cricket is going to cause issues.

And why should cricket assist Dutchy. Do you think football would assist cricket if COVID-19 impacts commenced in September instead of March.

Not a chance.

And maybe one small positive out of the virus is that football loses some of it’s self entitlement.

It may be the big dog in the house but doesn’t give it all the rites
