Wont happen but need to get rid of Thunder and Renegades, make it a 6 team competition, play each other once home/away = 10 games each, start before Christmas and have it all finished on 2nd last weekend of Jan, with a finals weekend at one venue, top team to host.

Friday night 1v2 = winner to GF
Double header Saturday, in the Arvo 3v4 then winner plays loser of 1v2 on Saturday night
GF on Sunday

In England they have a finals day, 3 finals all on same day at same venue to determine the Champion team.

If they cull a team from Sydney and Melbourne, they might as well go back to the 6 state teams.

Finals day in England is only a Semi Final/Final. The losers go home.

Still play 3 games in one day at the one venue, to have the finals over 9 days in the BBL is a massive error.

So the GF is either likely to be a washout, or a 5 over a side farce...... What has happened to our National Sport?

Perhaps someone can do a count back over the season to see which side hit the most 4's and hand the trophy to them!
1961, 1971, 1976, 1978, 1983, 1986, 1988, 1989, 1991, 2008, 2013, 2014, 2015.... And don't you forget it!

Great to watch. They have so many arrogant players, was great to see them choke in another GF!

Nick Maddinson has been in a batting slump in the BBL this season
However
His Sheffield Shield form in recent times has been sensational
Had Marnus Lab not excelled, Nick may have earnt another test call up in the near future

Worrall for Stanlake would be a nice upgrade and would give some salary cap relief
