Yep!

I have to admit i do think to a point we are risking the next generations future to greatly at the moment.

Without getting hammered by Bum Crack (LOL) i do fear for my childrens future. Was chatting with an elderly gym member who is coming every day, i believe his 80+ years old. Was interesting that even he was concerned at where the country will be in 5-15 years time due to trying to protect him. He was an old school farmer who still gets out and does some work, he believes we are all piss weak lol.

Has he been tested, or at least placed in self-isolation?

For me Covid19 is one issue. My worry is if a major countries economy completely blows up and is destroyed from it then that could spark much bigger long term issues potentially involving a large scale War. I’m happy to be proven wrong...

After reading the High Court's decision, I'm amazed his conviction wasn't overturned in the Supreme Court of Victoria.

I've had so many friends try and engage me in conversation and this is one topic I generally refuse to get drawn into, because simply I wasn't there and I don't know what happened. If there's irrefutable proof then fry him and anyone else guilty of such heinous crimes, but if there isn't, how can ya hang someone for it?

And that's the rub for the majority of criminal cases - it often boils down to a 'he said-she said' scenario in which no-one else knows what really happened.

From the prosecution's point of view, it's like trying to do a jigsaw where they know they don't have all the pieces, but they hope there's enough to convince the jury that what they've got is the same as the picture on the box. In this case, the other witnesses at the church provided what was sufficient to count as reasonable doubt. In other words, the High Court thought there was some important jigsaw pieces missing.
