Why is everyone's favorite jockey, MM, not riding at Doomben today?? He rode four winners at Gold Coast couple of days ago??

Australian legend Might and Power passed away last night. The champion suffered from a Colic attack & couldn’t be saved. He was 26.
He was only the second horse in history to win the Caulfield Cup (1997), Melbourne Cup (1997) & Cox Plate (1998)
He also won the G1 Queen Elizabeth Stakes, Mercedes Classic, Doomben Cup & Caulfield Stakes.
Australian racehorse of the year 1997 & 1998 and World Champion stayer 1998.
He was a freak who had victories from 1200m to 3200m
Might and Power retired with 15 wins & 8 placings from 33 starts.

I know that jockeys are currently restricted to regions up there. This may be why he hasn’t been riding in town. As you said he was at the Gold Coast, he rode at Toowoomba last week & he’s got a heap of mounts tomorrow at Ipswich.

Speaking of missing jocks, is Lano on a suspension? Also anyone know how Todd Pannell is after yesterday's tumble?

Reckon I read somewhere that Damien Lane got a three month contract riding overseas, can’t remember where though.

Remember thinking at the time was weird timing with everything going on in the world, be better off sticking to Melbourne for now.

If you all upped his rides for a place you would have scored $80 odd, with a $15 winner & a $6 odd place $30 shot
Hey soccer you owe us 45million.
