The nature of my job is that sometimes I don't get the ROI that I would like, sometimes I do and some sting more than others. This one really stings. I held their hand all the way through, all of them and they've undercut me and sold me up the river.

I find Dans a pain in the arse to get to, esp compared to the drive thru. BWS is my main go to, there is one close and I now use my sons 10% discount which is handy and usually covers the difference in price.

I know they’re busy because of Easter and everything else happening right now but how hard is it to deliver parcels from Melbourne to Adelaide
in a timely manner?
Been waiting over 2 weeks now and the tracking app just says it’s been delayed.
No shit Sherlock but when will I get my parcels.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Australia Post are the worst organisation for customer service you will encounter.

Ordering through Catch I don’t think you get a choice of courier.
They are by far the worse in my experience as well.

Still **** waiting for my parcels.
