I hope with international travel highly unlikely for a while, aussie bands, promoters and venues are planning on some non stop touring around the country, could be some awesome few months once venues are allowed back open.

The Governor Hindmarsh is now set to receive a $300,000 support package from the state government, part of a wider $1 million fund aimed at supporting local venues through the coming weeks and months until a commercially viable form of live music culture is once again compatible with public health and safety.

From The Mark of Cain website

ILL AT EASE TOUR UPDATE
The proposed 25th Anniversary Ill At Ease Tour planned for later in 2020 has been postponed for now but will be rescheduled for 2021 due to COVID-19 throwing the live music scene into turmoil. While we know this is disappointing to many, we hope due to the circumstances you understand our decision on delaying the tour.

Fair to say I'm somewhat keen ;)

TMOC were awesome last year on the Battlesick 30th Anniversary tour. Love this cover they did of Big Black's Kerosene at the show I went to:

Bought Big Blacks, The Rich Man's Eight Track Tape back in High School. Kerosene definitely the standout, along with Passing Complexion.

Steve Albini produced TMOC's Incoming EP in 1993.

I just saw Kim Scott from The Mark of Cain on Ten News standing behind Premier Steven Marshall at a press conference today about cyber security. There is video of the speech on 7 News Facebook page. I knew the Scott brothers were involved in the defence industry but didn't know they were that high up.
