Are there times released? Are they playing the Sat/Sun games back to back for TV or do they crossover?

Im led to believe the only cross over games are Saturday night, the last 2 listed on at a similar time

How stupid. Surely couldve put games at 1 / 3 / 5 / 7 or something like that.
No crowds allowed and still cant watch EVERY game live. No reason that 2 games should be on at the same time

Yeah, the WA teams appear to have drawn the short straws, well sort of.

If a WA or SA team win the flag it will be a miracle.
Whats your best guess for the amount of times a Victorian team will have to leave Victoria this year? Im thinking the unlucky low profile ones might have to do 3 trips interstate

Carlton vs Melb is at 4.35
Port vs Adel is at 7 40
Bris vs Freo is at 1ish
so the other one has to cross over. seems its 3 hours between games still. i guess that gives Foxtel a chance for ads and pre/post game bullshit.
Id like to see an 11 am start on a Saturday to fit the 4 games in back to back

Depends on the amount of rounds they have I guess, Lions, Suns, Swans and Giants will have it pretty sweet.

WCE will go very close this year, they have the group and the club to handle the hub very well and potentially have a big run of home games at the back end to set them up very very well.

Thought this was quashed already and Gil said that when normal football returns the draw would return to alternating between H&A. I think the “big run of home games” is a furphy

I think youre right Jim, WA and SA teams will be listed first in games in Brisbane and that will be sufficient for the VFL to count them as home games, i think we all know how the VFL operates by now

Well 12 of the 18 teams are from states with no border restrictions. If WA, QLD and SA want to keep the borders shut there is not really any other option

Yep, I don't see how anyone can predict a back 9 draw with any sort of confidence, there would have to be a Plan B,C,D,E,F & G, situations will change weekly, what if there's massive cluster in the CBD of Melbourne?

Therefore, I don't think you can shaft a club early in the season with the intent of making it up to them later.

Reading all this and people don't understand why the Premier will have an asterix next to their name for 2020...

Either way I think the WCE's professionalism will hold them in very good stead not matter what is thrown at them

Seems a reasonable draw, although 2 games on a Saturday night clashing seems a bit strange when this is all solely for TV.

Thought they might like a stand alone on a Monday night where they wouldn't clash with FTA.

If there are games in WA later in the season then there will be the opportunity to play B2B Sat night games.
