A decision on the Queensland border is expected later this week. Victoria and NSW will remain closed.

That's handy, I was thinking of going for a drive to Tasmania on the weekend.

In the US over night over 25,000 new cases of COVID were reported.

Arizona 2392, Florida 2783, California 3394, Texas 4412 lead the way, some of them recording their biggest daily rates since the outbreak.

They now have over 2.2 million cases and nearly 120,000 deaths. That's a death rate of around 5%.

With 1.1m active cases @ 5% death rate that's another 55,000 deaths on top of the 120,000. Tracking towards over 200,000 deaths and they are getting over 25,000 new cases a day......

Another case from Victoria. Any chance we can leave our borders closed to that disease riddled cesspool forever?

Horrified when I heard what Dan Andrews had to say today...... I have plenty of reasons to travel back to SA, and will just as soon as I can.

He's probably relieved it's taken a bit of attention off the other goings on this week in his own party. I'm sure Mr Marshall had a good giggle about it.

15 of the new cases in Victoria are return travellers from India and Bangladesh. 10 were on the same plane.
As long as they are quarantined properly they pose no risk so not sure why people are freaking out. NSW and Victoria get about 90% of International passengers currently

Correct, we are quarantining the other states returned infectious!

As for Commie Dan, the Vic Liberals suffer from the same issue as the Federal Labour’s... not a viable alternative. I’m a liberal, trust me.
