North Adelaide teenager Harrison Magor will make his Statewide Super League debut against the Eagles at Prospect Oval.

Winner of the Torrens Uni Cup MVP and McCallum-Tomkins Medal in the Under-18 competition last year, Magor has been named to start in the centre square.

The Port Pirie product has been joined in the Roosters’ 24-man squad by key defender Dyson Hilder, who looms as a potential replacement for Karl Finlay, with the teenage backman sidelined by a thigh injury.

Lee Minervini, Dakota Nixon and Mackenzie Slee have also been named on the six-man extended interchange bench.

We're a bit undermanned at the minute, particularly in the big man department, so I expect this is a game where we could struggle, especially with the Eagles coming off a resounding win last week and an unchanged side.

North up by a loint at 3/4 time.
Good quarter for the Eagles who are set up nicely to run over the home team in the last quarter.

Turned over to the South v Sturt game and the sound is so much better than what was at Prospect today, its perfect.

Good hard fought win for the Eagles, they continue to impress under Sheedy.
Bad kicking from North.

At least you got video for the full game! Most of the 1st half was lost on the Dogs v Legs stream
Players win touches, Teams win matches, Clubs win Premierships.

Great win in a fairly dour match.

Though Foote was clearly our best with Redden fantastic as the stoppages. Poole and Goldy unusually quiet today.

I didn't catch why Lonergan was a late withdrawal from the team. If it was due to an injury hoping its not too serious.

Agree Mr Fuller. Foote was fantastic, as was Rowe and Redden. Eagles have had a great start to the season. Thought North were very good with the pressure in the 1st quarter in particular, forcing Eagles to handball under pressure, but Eagles eventually ground out the win. That goal just before quarter time for the Eagles was very important.

Watched on the Digital Pass. No complaints from me. Works 99 percent of the time and great to have all the matches available to watch live every week. Such a great addition to SANFL coverage and has made up for the loss of the traditional radio. Nankivell is the best commentator IMO and would comfortably sit amongst the best play by play commentators in the country. Big Phil excellent also.

The competition is so much better without the AFL Reserves teams. I can watch my team knowing they’re playing on an even playing field and not subject to the fortunes of a couple of AFL teams.
