My understanding is he is meant to be wearing a mask and isolating when not completing his work.

Interstate truck drivers from SA don't need to isolate or wear face masks when home.
Victorian based truck drivers who are in SA must wear a face mask and isolate whilst in SA.
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!
