And I should say playing negative cricket - i.e. sending the opposition in - is always going to end up biting you on the a*se.

It really makes the idea of giving the away team the choice of batting/bowling first without a coin toss redundant
Dave Warner will be missed!

Is there a wicket-keeper with harder hands and poorer footwork than Jos Butler, in international cricket?

I’ll wait....

Not saying he’s not a bad ‘keeper but gee he makes Alex Stewart look like Jack Russell!
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Broad traps Brathwaite absolutely plumb LBW, his 500th test wicket.
West Indies 3/45

Brathwaite was also Anderson's 500 test wicket three years ago. Broad is the 4th fast bowler and 7th bowler overall to take 500 test match wickets.

Well played Broady, 500 test wickets is a phenomenal achievement.

Not saying anything that nobody doesn't already know but the West Indies are just a GUTLESS RABBLE of a team

After playing well to win the 1st Test their goal had to be to NOT lose the last 2 Tests to at least Tie the series and retain whatever the trophy they play for. But despite being massively helped with the weather in the 2nd Test, they blew that spectacularly when the Draw was $1.10 at one stage. Just simply a lack of guts and commitment to bat time which is what Test cricket is about at certain times.
Now they get blessed with losing an entire day to rain and need to bat the last day for a draw but they seem totally incapable of concentrating for any length of time. Where the hell is a Shiv Chanderpaul when needed? Shai Hopes' dismissal was a DISGRACE to throw his wicket away with that shot.

Kraig Brathwaite - Credit to him over the years for gutsing it out against the best bowlers in the world but has there ever been a more uglier Test opening batsman technique wise? His footwork is a disgrace. His Lbw would go down as the UGLIEST LBW of all time by a top order batsman.
A simple forward defense with a straight bat would have got the job done but he obviously has nfi how to do that

Absolutely it is, I don't care if he's English and people don't like him the guy is an absolute gun and when he gets on a roll he takes wickets for fun and rolls through batting orders.

I wonder how Gabriel, Roach and Holder feel about it all, those 3 have had no reprieve in the last 2 matches because the batting has been a rabble.
