Got in to Pt Augusta tonight. Park the bus on the best ground in the State outside AO, Central Ovals surface since being upgraded is dead set carpet. It’d be better than some AFL grounds... Best ground in the State only behind Adelaide Oval for me.

Who cares, haven’t got time for that. If I was a local footballer I’d be thrilled playing on that every second week.

They were always going to get it upgraded, it just needed some assistance from the league and sanfl. The set up at Central Oval is fantastic with indoor basketball/netball and the outdoor netball courts.

There is a pesky Magpie on the coaches side of Woodville South's Oval, if there were 2+ players on the wing he wouldn't swoop, but as soon as there was a player on their own (usually running to the interchange) BANG! Quite funny.

Go to the Hope Valley FC page Dutchy, we played there a couple of weeks ago and I got some ripper photos of players being swooped (and also an umpire  )

My daughter played a state cricket game on the main oval one day, it was an absolute picture, I played some cricket at St. Peters college as a kid and that was pretty awesome but I think Brodlach is on the money.
