Counts mean nothing. Second to the ball often and a lot of dumb free kicks through poor discipline. Few clips around the ears and dumping after disposal.

Scoreline flatters then Lions - probably should’ve been 100+

Wood was the only real forward, #11 was handy.. but not a lot of winners around the ground.

Really enjoyed the game of the #23 for Kenilworth, he goes well, and JWK is an animal, as is Chesser.

CLG making a habit of bleating about free kicks. Smashed today, just suck it up. MDO escorting umpires off and calling them cheats, not a good look. On a brighter note, real who’s who of SA Footy at St Marys today - Scottroo, Bedge, LK, Zedman, DTH.

Beaten by a better side. Kenilworth had our measure all year on the big deck at St Marys.

Glad we got to play finals and absolutely stoked we got to play a season.

MDO definitely walked umpires off and expressed his unadulterated views on their decision making over the course of the game.

He quite clearly informed them as they left the field “you’re cheats”.

Bewildering comment given KFC controlled probably 80% of the game.

Moving on though.. fair crowd at KFC today, CLG had huge support and the cops even rocked up to check the covid safe plan and implementation which the Burras passed. Steak sanga with the lot was good without being exceptional in the past - but they were getting slammed on the BBQ and were very friendly and great service. Chips & Gravy remains top shelf and the fasted served dish in ammo footy.. do yourselves a favour drop in, whisper sweet nothings to the old duck in there and enjoy the best in the hood.

Can confirm the term Cheat was not used by the MDO from CLG (unless it was off the field where I was not there), I copped an aggresive 38-10 comment  but it's just passion Boiling over.

Absolutely Fantastic day for Kenilworth with the A's, B's and the inclusive teams making the big dance. Can't wait for next week.

Huge win by the inclusive side.. #1 was brilliant as was the CHF in skins with the rocket leg.. roosting them from 50.

Absolutely loved the passion and energy from those lads on both sides, thoroughly enjoyable game.

Thought the guard of honour from the KFC A grade then the cheers/support from the crowd after the win was top shelf and clearly the lads loved every moment of it.

Inclusive in every sense.

Thank you Chappy, thinking anyone on the end of a 38-10 in a prelim final maybe a little ticked off at the time.

It's a brilliant form of the game, watching these kids get a chance. The fella that kicks them from 50 is brilliant.
Our A grade has regularly welcomed them onto the oval. It's a real shame we won't be able to see their GF next week.

As said at presentations tonight about the inclusive fellas. These guys are at the club in today’s case up to 6 hours before they play and train. They offer to help out, support the club both socially and financially without any self entitlement. To top it off the energy they play with is an absolute joy to watch. Every participating player, official and club do a great job.

What a goose you are bedge. Obviously not there or fully pissed. CLG got screwed with a send off just before half time that wasnt there in the B grade & the A grade umpiring was farcical. Agree Kenilworth were the better side but gee what chance have you got.

I wasn’t there for the B grade, can’t comment on the send off.

A grade, I wasn’t pissed - certainly happy to admit I’m wrong, but didn’t think the umpiring was bad today, majority of the free kicks were there. I wasn’t there to support any side so could not have cared less about the outcome, and no need to make something up.

Anyway, agree to disagree.

Had a few people bring it up already but a pretty big crowd yesterday at Simonds Park. CLG supported the club well and it was a decent atmosphere. Thanks for the clean rooms after the game too.

Richmond is the venue next week. Great ground for Kenilworth, winning its last 3 senior GF’s when played there. Hopefully we can add to that next week :)
