It helps him immensely for job security, you'd think by then these kids are starting to blossom, all bullshit aside I liked the look of them the last few rounds, they played with some ticker and gave it a red hot go, there's a lot on the upside for a club that we often sink the boots in for poor recruiting.

I think Shaw was left with someone else's mess, Nicks has more of a blank canvas to work with.
