Should go close to winning all 4 grades as well. The A grade will be the challenge for them against Orroroo

Will watch with interest. They have a great set up and that entire league has done it tough over the years covering big distances to play and diminishing numbers.

I can remember when there was such a league as the Broughton Football league with such teams as Wanderah and Warnertown,

I watched a B grade grand final replay between these 2 in the mid to late 70's and it just showed what it meant to these men playing for the love of the jumper. A mixture of all ages and abilities, the odd pair of non matching socks, some different shorts, some jumpers that had shrunk in the wash but everyone tried as hard as they could.

A Grade GF this weekend, BM V the Roos. Game will be won in the middle for mine if Hayes Button and Bowley get first use I can’t see orroroos defenders containing Broughtons forwards. In particular Masters and Robinson. Kenny for the Roos is a gun but apart from him I don’t see the Roos having a top 6 player on the field this Saturday.

Haha will be interesting to see if that bloke actually gets a kick when it matters. Im tipping broughton mundoora by 35 points. Seem like a well rounded team who just get it done more so when all their players are available unlike earlier in year. B. Hayes or T.Wheelan for bog medal

Nostradamus like. Not sure Broughton will have him next season but 'Mean Gene' Robinson has been the standout in this competition for the past couple of seasons. Bags of 6 in the last two Grand Finals and when his team has needed him to deliver.......he does.

Robinson was huge in the last half Saturday. Think he kicked 7-8 in the GF last year and then 6 of the 10 goals this year. 1v1 he would be one of the hardest match ups in country footy.

Amazing effort to win the Magarey to add to his 3 Mail Medals. Now arguably the second best farmer footballer from the Northern Areas Football Association to represent North Adelaide. The best was an 80s Ruckman from a little bit further North.

Crystal Brook will probably have to wait a while now for their favourite son to return and make them a powerhouse again.
