Very much so, but we'll done for both parties using the rules to there advantage.
Might be draft tampering if it was part of the draft

Getting Pick 2 isn't part of the draft?

NBA teams do these 'salary dump' trades all the time. Surprised it has taken this long to be publicly outed in AFL circles to be honest.

Adelaide pretty adamant they want pick 2 for Crouch.
I think its overs but Kelly sounded pretty strong on it on radio.

pick 2 is irrelevant. They want first rd pick after their first pick for compo which is right if what he's getting is correct (or maybe not, depending on who you listen too). If they were 1st it would be pick 19, the fact they are last makes it pick 2. That's the system, no overs or unders about it.

Just saying he's not worth pick 2.

Comprehension not a strong point.
Franklin isnt a pick 19 either, its the system.
Absolutely Brad Crouch is worth pick 2 in the system. The Crows who are 18th are losing their best player, while we have compensation thats where it sits.

OK professor.
If you think an injury prone charlie liker is worth pick 2 then good for you.

Oh and Rory Sloane says gday. Easily Adelaide's best player.

If Crouch played at Richmond he would be worth pick 19. It’s the system we have got so we have to live with it

Sloane is no longer their best player, I don't even think he's the best Rory in their squad, both Crouch's ahead of him too IMO.

If Sloane isnt their best player then why do taggers go to him and not the Crouch brothers because they know the crabs run sideways and kick little 25m rubbish kicks that go nowhere. The Crouch brothers do not impact games hence why taggers go to Sloane. Sloane the best by a mile even with his banged up body

Yep. 20 Sloane possessions over either Crouch's 35. Matt is one of the worst long distance handballers going around.

They do not hurt you.

This is the issue the Crows have. If ROB is your best player, things aren't going too good.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.
