Anyone had a look at "The Undoing" with Nicole Kidman, Hugh Grant and Donald Sutherland, which is not on Netflix but Binge/ Foxtel?

Only one episode available at the moment, unfortunately it's one of those week-by-week releases. Anyway, it looks like an intriguing high society whodunit.

Think "Cube", but in Spanish, and with more depravity and a bit of cannibalism.

Saw another offering on Netflix which reminded me strongly of the two above mentioned movies: "Circle".

A whole bunch of people wake up standing in a circle. Every 2 minutes one of 'em gets shot with a bolt of energy. They quickly realise that they each get to vote on who gets killed next.

Heavily contrived, and unrealistic even within the parameters of the situation, but interesting drama as voting blocs form and the prejudices of the people come to the fore. Not as good as Cube or The Platform but a worthy entry in the artsy-fartsy existential movie genre. 8)

Thought the Platform was entertaining enough for that genre.

Looking forward to the next season of 'The Crown,' reckon its drops this Sunday. Focus is on the late 1970s and 1980s - Gillian Anderson plays Maggie Thatcher, who faces off regularly against Queen Liz (Olivia Colman), and Lady Di also makes her appearance.

Fantastic, one of the best made shows I've ever seen and keeps on getting better.

I know I am late to the party but "Bodyguard" was very good. One of my daughters thinks if you liked Bodyguard then Blacklist would be good.

Just watched it. Incredibly real.

I am normally put off by sub-titles but this film was so good I think that added to it.

Watched "Motherless Brooklyn" last night, pretty damn good movie. Big cast (Edward Norton, Bruce Willis, Alec Baldwin, Willem Dafoe), and Norton is particularly impressive as the central character - a private eye with Tourette's (yes, Tourette's) investigating a mentor's death in a corrupt 1950's New York.

Trial of the chicago 7.

Story of those put to trial for inciting violence in protesting vietnam war.

Another case of a heavily biased jurisdiction.
