We also know the number of registrations firstly that exist prior to the election and also we will know the on the day registrations as well.

These numbers should all cross check and it should be easy to determine. Each polling booth will know how many votes They have been through. They know the registrations. The forms will physically be there.

Mail in ballots are easy to balance as well. In fact each district return office will have the details of these. All the envelopes will exist and are required to be kept.

So basically if these numbers line up e.g. Registered voters, on the day voters with election day votes and early votes. Then there shouldn't be an issue.

Once this is out of whack and the voter turn out exceeds the registered + on the day + early but not taking into account mail in as they need to be account for separately, then you have an issue with booths.

The mails ins are pretty easy as well to work out. Issued is known, registered is known etc etc.

What I am saying, if there has been any voter fraud it should come out fairly easily.

My understanding is they don't normally get anywhere near 100% of registered voters actually voting. For instance I think I saw they have nearly 250m registered, yet recorded slightly under 150m votes this time round.

So to have an electorate that all of a sudden has a 90% return would be unusual, and suggest their could be something fishy going on, but under your system would get the all clear.

Also, I'm not sure but I assume there is also the possibility you could just register a heap of fake voters, and once they are on the roll, complete the ballot yourself for your preferred candidate.
That is a good point, you'd also need to look at trend lines as well. As you getting that 90% would seem unusual.

That may also be the problem is it's all very hit and miss who votes in the U.S.

I guess what I'm saying is that it's far too hard to rig the election day ballot, you need to know the % that will vote in that district and then adjust to keep the numbers in the normal range. Massive risk if you use trend lines because you might get a district jumping from 48% to 90% due to circumstances.

Mail votes is the way to go if tou are going to rig the election.

Even here in Australia, you don't actually have to show id to vote, I mean you just provided your details verbally to attendant for the electron roll.

Very interesting

Considering you need a minimum of 270 votes to win, data showing that Trump 'could win 270 to 280' doesn't really say much.

If it said he WILL win 270, then that would be significant.

With Wisconsin and Michigan looking firmly in the Biden camp, Trump has a very narrow path to victory and would have to win basically all the remaining competitive states.

Biden would need to win the popular vote by about 3-4% to win the electoral college (he's currently on track to win it by far more than that, thus he is the favourite).

FWIW I reckon Biden will win the popular vote by 5 million, and eek out a narrow EC victory, with the two states above plus either Pennsylvania or Arizona very narrowly, and probably Maine and Nebraska's 2nd congressional districts (those states split their EC votes).

All looking pretty good so far except for Georgia and Maine CD-2.

One of the points Trumps legal team is making is actually pretty reasonable.

They are asking how many people sent in mail in ballots and also attended on election day.

Fair question to be honest and would account for the greater than expected polling.

So from hear you would expect that people who voted in person but sent in an mail in ballots would have the mail in ballots not counted.

If Biden takes AZ and GA, it's landslide territory.

Trump is the first president to lose two popular votes.

Instead of sooking the Republicans would be best off focusing all their attention on at least splitting the Georgia Senate runoffs. If they can do that they can cripple Biden enough that they may get back into power next election.
If Trump tears the place down on his way out they could end up losing the a senate aswell
