The form in the Advertiser has gone back to TAB from Ladbrokes.

Much easier to read.

I got my arse handed to me on Saturday, whatever I went to do the opposite happened, when I changed strategies the one I was using beforehand would get up, I'd change back and then the one I just changed from shagged me.

Luckily I was using their money from Wednesday.

LOL that was me on all counts too .. If I liked 2 horses in a race I backed the wrong one every.bloody.time and the other won or placed at healthy odds. Likewise Wednesday bankrolled most of Sat for me.

I went to the pub with $30 Wednesday and turned it into $400+ by Thursday night.

Thought I'd be on as roll for Saturday but dodged everything, I do a couple of different number systems and the opposite ones were coming up to what I chose, I do a roving trifecta and my rover would fail to run a place but my roughies would all come in.

Oh well!

None.

Mum and Dad had a family friend who was a pro punter who advised me the best way to go broke is to back other peoples tips.

Side note he won the first ever fourtrella in Adelaide, around 40K in the late 60s early 70s. Believed you had to do the work at the track as horses don't race on paper.

Not so much follow the tips, but just the general chatter that they have.

OK. I did watch some on Melbourne Cup day last year (I think) after you had posted that they had a large punters club. Quite enjoyed it. Perhaps it was little birdie?

Don't you just hate tuning into a race where a horse you were on last start wins easily....after the last start where the jockey threw away the whip at the 250m....

Farooq...ffs
