After 2 rounds they are spoon favourites. Sydney and Adelaide have probably showed enough to be out of spoon contention. Long season of course, but Essendon and North look worse.

The Swans certainly have a number of goal-kicking options this year which helps. Most un-Longmire-like performances though, I agree.

Ports ball movement, especially inside 50 has been very slick. Whilst they were cutting Essendon to ribbons early the Bombers have done enough to keep Port at bay so far.
Liking the games of Butters, Georgiades and Aliir so far.

The patterns the forwards are running means every now and then they'll look up and someone will be kicking the ball at them.

Georgiades showing he's capable of ripping a game apart. What a talent he looks.

All good playing against some witches hats while we're flogging them stupidly and lairizing, I'll reserve my love until the next fortnight as we play some quality and get a gauge of where we're at.

Essendon and North's playing lists from the weekend both looked very average, I hope for their sakes that they get some games into some kids.

Good to see Tex off to a flyer, I'd love for him to have a strong season and help some kids develop around him, love him or hate him he has a decent ticker.
