It’s good to see he apologised for his behaviour towards women.
He’s still only young so hopefully he learns from this and becomes a better person because of it.

Bit young for Geelong to pick up, however his Queen Mary turning circle will fit right in.

For possibly Kade Simpson or Gary Ablett.

Although apparently Little Gaz is not allowed to nominate as he retired whereas Simspon was officially delisted.

Collingwood v Essendon will be a hard watch, won't be able to tell their Anzac jumpers apart

Just bizarre, some weird simple stuff in the AFL that just shouldn't happen -

> Jumper Clashes
> When Richmond and Hawks wear their Yellow Jumper the umpires wear their Baby Blue, when Crows wear their yellow jumper the umpires wear their normal green
> Players having access to their phones during a game

With the greatest respect, you're both kidding aren't you?

One team will be in white shorts, different socks

Will be like the good old days where you had to sit and actually watch the footy.

We've all gone soft clash jumpers are purely for the benefit the casual observer and autograph hunting nuffy (kids excepted) all designed for the part-time viewer rather than the people that want to watch footy, IMO,.

Same argument holds for numbers on the back of test cricketers - watch the bloody game!
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Your a smart man,......surely you understand sport is now designed as entertainment value and 'made for tv'. Plebs on the hill aren't who bring the money in these days.

The game will change to whatever presents better on TV. Tbh im surprised the AFL hasn't been stricter on clash jumpers and made teams have complete alternatives like in the NBA / EPL where teams away guernsey may have nothing to do with the actual team colours.

Its funny coz I was only watching Geelong and North Melbourne Sunday afternoon and the Irish partner just couldn't tell the teams apart......it was at the point where she didn't want to watch anymore because it was too confusing/distracting/whatever.

She then went on to mention how she was disappointed we didn't end up going to the AFLW GF as she was given a heap of free tickets as she played womens football this year for BSR. It really hit me at that point that its her the AFL wants as a spectator and definitely not me.

Following the Super League controversy in Europe it, in a nutshell, is the realisation that the rich clubs will do anything to stay that way and it totally disrespects everyone else and destroys the history of the sport. Makes it only for an elite few.

Thank God that has never happened with footy in Australia.

Ummm how was the AFL created....what happened to the SANFL, WAFL, VFL.

Not to the level of what's happening in the soccer but I reckon Collingwood are having crack at it with their ownership of the black and white stripes.
