Clarkson to Collingwood would be like Malthouse going to Carlton. You can't polish a turd and a good way to end up being remembered for the wrong reason rather than the achievements.

Two things.....clarkson a lot younger than malthouse was and our list is a lot better than Carlton's when malthouse took over.

In 2012, when Carlton sacked Ratten for Malthouse they had Waite, Betts, Kreuzer, Gibbs, Simpson, Walker, Scotland and Judd. Fair core, they finished 11-11 in 2012.

And Murphy lol

Dangerfield potentially facing ankle surgery that could side line him for weeks :

DANGER’S BLOW WORSE THAN FIRST THOUGHT

Geelong star Patrick Dangerfield’s ankle injury is reportedly worse than first thought, with the Brownlow Medallist potentially set to miss “multiple weeks”.

Dangerfield failed to play out the game against North Melbourne after limping off with an ankle injury.

While Dangerfield said post-game the injury was just a “minor tweak”, AFL Media is reporting the eight-time All-Australian’s scans were worst than first thought, with “one scenario” having him missing multiple weeks.

Mutltiple reports on Wednesday then suggested the Cats were weighing up whether to book Dangerfield in for surgery to fix the syndesmosis problem, which could sideline him for two months, or forge ahead despite the issue. He reportedly flew to Sydney on Tuesday for a second specialist opinion, with that review also delivering a “sobering report”, according to The Age.

The Cats are set to make a call on how they’ll approach Dangerfield’s latest setback on Wednesday.

No one cares what guernsey port wears, as long as you can tell the bloody difference at the ground and on tv

Eddie did own Kane in that debate though, Kane had nothing excpet "but the fans want us to wear it"
