The good news for him is that he can look forward to 2 years at Geelong when he finishes out this contract.

Well played sir, I bet you smiled to yourself as you pressed submit on that one ;)

Great signing as I thought he’d go back home.
4 years would have been suffice here though.
I love his loyalty but he won’t be playing still in 5 years time let alone 6.
He’ll need to play mainly as a forward to go anywhere near 6 more years of service.
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

Looks like Marc Murphy is going to fall short of the 300 milestone, one would think that retirement is imminent as Carlton would have nothing to gain if he recovers by round 18, bowing out with a calf injury in the first quarter of a match reeks of "Old Man Injury".

I saw the footage yesterday and was surprised Williams didn’t get looked at but I see now they have suspended him. Was a pretty weak act

A weak dog act! Been heavily criticised in the media for his performance in the last week, stands up and plays well against the Crows yet does that.

Very poor act, no excuses for that. However Selwood did exactly the same thing last week along with numerous other scum acts and didn't get a week.

Hope he doesn't change a thing. No need to when you're not doing anything worthy of a suspension so keep doing what he's doing I say. Is there a more inspirational leader in the game? Hell No.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

If you watch the footage, both players have the back of the guernsey and don't slam the opponent's head into the ground, they push the back of their neck (if anything) toward the ground, noting that both players have their arms resting on their elbows at the time they were pushed.

Their head may hit the ground, but not with any force to injure them.

Play on.
