Imagine what KG would be saying on his footy show if it was still on?
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Hey, similar results have happened....

That’d be something… The premiership team not kicking a goal during one of the year’s games!

It happened virtually every second week back in the nineteenth century.

I suspect in the first couple of decades of the twentieth century it probably happened a bit as well - would be interesting to know the last time it happened.

I didn't see the game.

Was Richmond a bog?

Very unusual in this day and age to have no goals kicked against you, so this team will go down in history. Well done lads.

The players and coach are the public face of this but surely the Board and the Footy Managee have to cop the blame for this

Seeing a photo today of Durdin, Schott and zturner today post game

Guiffreida at Eagles

You really have to question West’s recruiting strategies given the overs they have paid to others which means they can’t keep or regain their home grown talent (it’s not just this year with the cut in the salary cap)

No Army you were right.

Lowest score since Norwood kicked 0.5 against Port in 1909 - that's 112 years.

It's the first time a team went goalless since Torrens scored 0.8 in 1913 (108 years).

(Nwdfan has confused two different records).

Yep, I get that mate. And 9 would be correct in saying that it's the first time a side has gone goalless in the SANFL in 108 years.

However, on that occasion, the goalless side achieved a higher score than Westies today (0.8 cf. 0.6).

0.6 is the lowest score since Norwood put up 0.5 in 1909, i.e. 112 years ago, as AE mentioned.

Channel 9 were referring to a different stat to the one AE mentioned.

Did they have to do a lap of the oval with their pants down?
