Thoughts on this weeks grand finals and medallist’s

For me I think Old Iggies might cause a boil over in the A Grade.

Anyone know how they’re doing the medal count tomorrow night? Is it pre recorded? Or live?

Last few years it’s been pre-recorded then each grade is released on dartfish.

And if Ben Hook shows up at your clubrooms (or for this year's purposes, whatever pub PAOC gather at these days) there's a good chance there's a winner in your midst.

PAOC have the Sussex Hotel on their jumper and that's where they gather on Saturday nights. I assume they go back there after training on a Thursday night as well. I've heard that Hooky and Dee are visiting the club/pub of both D1 and D2 medal winners tonight and there is only about a 30 to 40 minute gap between the end of the D2 and D1 counts so that could be a hint to the close proximity of the winners clubs. It's only 7 minutes drive from the Bath to the Sussex so our medalists could be from Old Iggies and PAOC. I'll go with Boots and Trengove.

Like the thinking but it says Tony Neil at the Div 2 club and Ben Hook at the Div 1 so maybe they've lashed out for 2 Ubers. Reckon our bloke Hank Papatolis will poll very well in the first half of the year not certain in the second half.

I missed that Bandar so there goes my theory. I'll stick with Boots and Trengove but Papatolis was a standout in the trial match against Brighton and I'm happy to run with a Boots - Papatolis quinella.

You've got to admire the 30 years of experience of many a bar crawl from the old time Adelaide nightlife fanatics like @Down the Hill

You may forget a uni Tute or Lecture, you never forget a Bar Crawl itinerary...
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

It's always great to have a player from your club win a medal but even better when its a lad that has been right through
the grades from under 8's . The fact his whole family are very much ingrained in the club is fantastic as well. Well done Hank Papatolis on an excellent season.
