It won't impact us as we're already aware we are classed as publishers of material on this site and have been mindful of that in the past, it would only impact if a lot of comments were made on our Facebook site but that's never been the case and we moderate it with the same standards as we do here anyway.

When 3rd parties have made reasonable requests for removal of posts I've always communicated with them and removed offending posts. Probably only get one a year.

Most people know this site is run on a purely voluntary basis with no remuneration and help us out.
