I'm really interested to see how Inglis goes this summer being a highly touted keeper batsman at the moment.
I feel like WA are trying to squeeze Phillippe in where they can, I'm assuming he will play as a batsmen only and will open? But they have Bancroft and Whiteman named aswell and they have been their preferred openers in recent times.

hmmmm, our batting looks brittle although we seem to have tail enders that can bat a bit, I really hope Nielsen has come of age as we really need him to be a strong #5 if our top 3 fail, no Cooper or Ferg in there makes us look very vulnerable should we ever find ourselves 3/20.

Yes I agree, if there's any state team that needs a specialist number 6 batsman it's SA while with WA's top order (and going how they're going at the moment) Turner is seems like just a waste at number 6 for them.
