Thats a good deal.
Not sure what the fine print is, but would guess it would be mon-fri only.
They have a waiting list for 7 day membership. So they are flying which is no surprise given the condition of course

Played the mid amateur last year (its on the weekend before), off the black tees on a windy weekend was a rough 2 rounds. 12th toughest hole on the course played into a gale both days, 425 mtrs uphill as it is played longer than all the par 5s.

Last comp we played there a few months ago, we played off the blacks accidentally.
Realised it by the 17th[emoji1787][emoji1787].

Are you having a crack at the mid amateur this year?

Now off 24, even though its only 9 holes I'm enjoying playing every week, looks like a membership isn't far away :)

Mate who hit 29 points dropped 7 shots on his handicap

Playing weekly 9 hole comps is great for bringing the handicap down. So much easier putting it all together for 9 holes. 2 great 9s that combine can easily be a handicapped score of 40

Ive never been a fan of playing 9 holes, if you play well you wonder what you would have scored over the full course, if you play poorly you wonder if you could have improved on the back 9.

Mickey did you play in the West Lakes club champs on the weekend? Quarter Finals? My mate played and I reckon I saw your name on one of his FB posts

I lost 5 or 6 when I had a 49. 2 for the round and 3 for a burglar round penalty (there is a proper name for it, cant remember what). Shot 75 playing off about 18. Hadn't broken 80 before that and haven't since.

Just saw a pretty ominous FB message from the club about low numbers for the event, hope it goes ahead.
