Not just State cricketers either, some district players are the same.

The state cricketers have had a reputation for 10 years now as being the biggest 'knob head' sportsmen on the city nightclub/pub scene.

Cricketers full stop. There's no doubt the Sandpaper scandal stemmed from these entitled pricks thinking they are untouchable, better than everyone else. Spend a few minutes around almost anyone who has a baggy green and you soon work out they aren't as happy to be around you as you are them. Massive flogs most of them.

^^^^^^^^

100% the case....especially the case for SA based guys who have represented the country in different formats.

I was lining up for a beer at the Cumby one afternoon, about 3 deep in the line when a now ex cricketer moved their way to the front of the bar proudly proclaiming he was using the baggy green express line.

One who I would reckon wouldn't be a flog would be Carey? By all reports he's one of the very few good guys. He was probably the "11th" one that wasn't there (he has a young family?).
EDIT: sorry - he hasn't got a baggy green so definitely not him.

Nah it wasn't but he use to be a nightmare there as well. Its a shame coz the Cumby was a good venue.

This player actually has a really good rep from all reports but my experience with him he was a wanker.

Wasn't Tait either.

Compare that to when I met Kevin Pietersen after England lost an Australia Day odi

Lining up at the bar at HQ (maybe heaven then) he was with Ian Bell and Prior.

Packed bar, me and mate were at the front but the bar tender wouldn’t come down the part of the bar we were at. Pietersen who was a bloody giant taps on the shoulder and says let’s me in front of you and I’ll get served straight away and I’ll buy your drinks as well.
Gobsmacked we let him in front, his pure size got him noticed and the bar lady comes over to him, he orders his drinks and turn around to us and says anything on the bar you want you can have, we just said a couple of beers so he ordered them, he was disappointed we didn’t go the spirits.

Gives us the drinks we say cheers and the mate chirps with your a legend Kp but I’ll buy you that when back when you’ve hit as many Para districts hundreds as I have. KP gives the wink and isn’t seen again that night

Jhye Richardson is back and he took the first wicket of the innings.

Injured in the warm up and hasn't bowled another over :-Q

He had an 'acute back spasm in his thoracic spine' during the warm up, nothing too bad hopefully.

Richardson has been able to come back into the game hitting 50 in WA's second innings and currently has 1/12 in Tasmania's second innings.

He’s been running with the same gags for 20 years.
I’ve seen him at the Test luncheon 5-6 times and he’s an A+ grade flog.
