It goes to show what happens when you pick your best side, you don't mess about with the order and you don't play favourites.

Our only loss was when we stuffed about with the order and structure.

T20 is a game that is usually won from an outstanding effort by an individual, the Australian team boasts many potential match winners.

Also shows that world class players are world class regardless the format - Williamson, Hazlewood, Cummins, Warner etc.

Aussies were almost laughed at for picking a pace attack, but it’s arguably one of the best pace attacks in the world.

After Hazlewood dropped Williamson he just toyed with Starc and just dismantled him no matter where he bowled as Starc completely lost his radar.

That's 100% my reasoning why i thought we would win the comp at full strength. Far to many superstar match winners for teams to handle both with bat and ball.

Even our 'serviceable' types like Hazelwood, Zampa have the ability to take a 3-4 for nothing to win us a game.

He was very good in the recent ODI series against the West Indies, in 3 matches he took 11 wickets at 10.63, S/R of 14.8 with an economy of 4.3 but yes apart from that since the 2019/20 summer he has been well below his best for almost past 2 years now.
I was hoping he'd take the form he found against the Windies in the World Cup but he just continues to look short of a gallop.

Seriously inconsistent with his line and length, rarely see him on a good length plugging away like Hazlewood and Cummins do. Perhaps he's been given licence to kill and told to go bowl fast and attack the batsman, if he has and I don't for a minute think it's unlikely, he's not being given the best chance possible to take wickets.
