No brainer to leave but that is a shit move by NM to commit that much money to Greenwood

He hasn’t even landed at Arden St yet & it’s a “shit move”

No one who 'can play' should be valued at less than 500k (in the media) given I heard that Liam Jones gave up $1 mill across 2 years by retiring.

Non "A" graders are obviously worth the 500k mark now. Good on them as it doesn't last forever.

Given where your list is at do you think bringing in a discarded basketballer on $500k is a good move?

The coach knows him far better than most, more than happy to back Noble’s judgment.

Now? Probably $280-320k.

Previously? Probably $380-420k.

Don't reckon it's that bad a move by North. Someone like Simpkin would benefit by having Greenwood around and he can take a grab up front as well.

relevance? Relevance being that you don't have to be any good to get 500k. That's if the media got the figures correct of course.

I was wondering what your reference to 'discarded basketballer' had to do with it myself but each to their own.

He hasn't walked away from Gold Coast.
They desisted him.

Even if it is the Gold Coast amount, the sad thing about this is that an OK/average AFL player like Greenwood earns twice as much as a single SANFL club's, Salary cap.

That's what's wrong here
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

GC didn't think anyone would pounce.

Good size, great hands, strong tackler and can take a good grab up forward.

If he stays fit he's a great get for north.

Touk Miller signs a contract extension, at least they used the extra money from Greenwood in a positive way
