My direct boss told me i have to wear a mask whenever i go in the office, I told him i have a medical exemption, he then said take to it up with the general manager. I replied i wont be taking it up with anyone, my medical exemption is just that, none of anybodies business, all you need to know is i have one, off he walked.
Still no vax mandate though.
Ready to go on that front from many angles.
A good start when they talk of WHS is can i see the MSDS on the vaccine?

So how’s this one.

Played a game of vets cricket yesterday.

One of the oppo players had a covid test in the morning of the game. But rather than stay home isolating waiting for his all clear result. Turned up, played and said nothing.

Our club Pres gets a message from their club about it… now all our guys are out getting tested and isolating until we get the all clear.

Club rooms and change rooms need to be deep cleaned.

All due to one selfish prick.

Victorians hey!

But given you get your test results generally within 24 hours, by the time you heard about it he would have had his results, and if negative why bother with the clean and getting tested yourselves?

The bloke tested positive.

He had a test the morning of the game, played anyway and as a result screwed 24 other blokes and a cricket club.

This comp is the Over 50's run by Vets Cricket Victoria. Vets cricket is pretty big over here. The 50's comp now has 8 divs with either 6 or 8 teams per div. Geographically from Gippsland, to Geelong, to Sunbury/Macedon.

The premier grade is now made up of "rep type" teams, and no longer club based.

The offending club (or player) is from a well to do part of Melbourne..... they all turned up in BMW's and the like.... just a selfish turd really.

I'd expect the club will cop a fine, and there will be a fairly strong message sent out from the Vic Vets exec committee.

I expect on the return fixture, said player may receive a few bouncers!

That'd be great MT_79.... but we don't have anyone quick enough (anymore) to bowl one.
