Congratulations.

I'm doing very well in my new role apparently, it will be a huge stepping stone for something bigger I hope, at the end of the day it comes down to job satisfaction and coin.

Junior G getting his highest score so far in his early cricket career (18).

He hit the ball really well (3 x 4s), ran aggressively and was disciplined defensively (until he went the attempted slap on a full one on off).

He has put in an extra net session a week minimum since the start of the season, great to see some reward.

Happy Valley Reservoir opening to the public this weekend, have lived close to it for 25 years and it will be great to be able to ride/walk/fish in there, add that to the opening of Glenthorn Farm and the trail developments thru the National Parks its pretty cool spot in the city to live.

Agree mate, can't wait to get in there and run around the place. Glenthorne needs a lot of time to develop though, that place is boring as bat shit until everything grows.

Yeah agree, will better in winter with everything green until the trees grow, mind you every time I drive past there is always a heap of people in there doing stuff so they certainly aren't sitting on their hands.

There has been talk of linking up all the National Parks/Resevoirs from Hallett Cove thru to Mt Lofty, having one trail to follow, hope that gains some momentum soon.

The traditional side (always known as O'Hallaran Hill trails) is still thriving, it's the other side of Majors Rd with the new release that is needing time.
Yep definetely something going on linking them all up. I have done a run from Lofty to Brighton jetty before and their is very little not on trail.

Well done. Certainly sounds like a good move for you.

It always amazes me the amount of time people have to play office politics and have power struggles.

How much? One of our roller doors is making a horribly annoying squeaking noise as it opens/closes.
