Just read it after reading your post. Top class article. Loved the bit about how insulting it is to call him a GOAT when you consider Shane Warne etc.

I thought for years that the GOAT was just a pisstake, I couldn't believe people actually meant it.

Yeah he's taken a fair few wickets but he's thrown a heck of a lot of darts.

It's a no brainer really, knock off early Friday, got the weekend to lounge about and watch, half the time we're lucky if it's still going by day 5.

Depends on the game.....

If there is an absolute cracker day 5 finish set up its going to be great having a sunday bbq and beers with the lads watching the test end.

I've loved switching the idiot box on Tuesday after work to watch the arse end of certain Sydney tests over the years.

The Graeme Smith broken hand innings and the Michael Clark 3 wickets in an over were definitely in the top 5 memorable tests for me, the Shane Warne one in Adelaide 06 was #1 for mine, we were talking about it at work as it began to unfold, nek minnit everyone snuck off without telling anyone else and all bumped into each other at Adelaide Oval.

On paper that looks like a weak English side. Time will tell hey?

Interesting that Tucker, Riefell and Wilson (3rd) are umpiring - all Aussies. Missed the fourth umpire's name.

I was only hoping Starc would at least hit the pitch and not do a Harmison for that first ball.....

That will do.
