Healy - 26, 21, 27, 0, 27
R. Marsh - 9, 14, 44, 8, 0

Obviously strength of opposition and conditions varied, but I think it's a bit too early to say that Carey's batting isn't up to it at test level.

From what I’ve heard Rod Marsh is a prick of a man.

Geez it gets hard when you get to the last 4, Haddin wins for me, Wade saved by winning the T20 world cup for us

My bottom two were a toss up, Healy took the honours as he was a blatant cheat and we're still having to see and hear him on the TV, at least Haddin is only on the radio.

He does have a moustache.

I can only judge on what I've seen over the years with interviews etc. Seemed a funny sort of bloke, I remember something like a "this is you life" kinda show featuring him many years ago and got a good vibe out of him.

I guess if they searched hard enough they could even find half a dozen people to say something nice about me to get their mug on TV.

Selectors have bought in M Marsh, Maddinson & Inglis as extra cover in the squad.

I think they have 3 options to replace Trav:
- M Marsh, in the form of his life & at his best we all know he is good enough. Do we need him & Green in together probably not.
- Uzzie the back up so would be first in line for one more go. If they don't pick him now it's probably never again.
- Maddinson, made bulk runs over last 3 years. From what I've seen is a good player of spin so I think they will have him in mind for all the Asian tours coming up. I think they could very well go with him.
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

Why Inglis if it’s a batter with Covid?
Unless they are worried about Carey as well?

Maddison?
Yeah nah

They are ****** if Carey gets it so I think they will be keeping two keepers in the squad for the foreseeable future.

For mine their picking Uzzie, theyve been reluctant to change the squad when they haven't had to but they have added cover for all possibilities.

If Green contracts it they have Marsh
If Carey is positive they have Inglis
If any other batsmen goes down they have Maddinson.

Seems they are just covering for the possible threats.
