I went for a 3km jog yesterday after work and sweated for half an hour after I had finished. Ended up having to have a cold water shower for it to stop as I was heading out.

Yeah I'll be having a cold shower when/if ai get home from the pub.
Almost feeling normal again now after a chicken schnitzel and 3 beers.
I don't seem to lose much weight on these walks for some reason.

You may need 6 lots of hydration, it's dangerous out there.

Don’t be sorry LM, if you haven’t worked out already I’m a weather nut and I’m sitting outside under the veranda watching it roll in. Bring it on!
It does look like a dry system which means fire danger but we will wait and see.

Another band of thunderstorms and heavy rain rolling in. Just hitting the Copper Triangle now and looks to be tracking our way. Severe thunderstorm warning just issued.

About 10 drops, it went to the North of us and fizzed out. It did look promising but we missed out this time.

How bad is Port Rd! Drainage probably no better than 100 years ago.

Every time we get a sprinkle, Port Road floods, especially around the Barnacle Bills area

Been a bit of rain in the city throughout the day but nothing even approaching what you'd call a storm.
