My little girls first day of Pre-School this morning. She was so excited. I hope she has a great time and makes some good buddys.

I could have put this in the sad thread as I couldn't be there as I'm over on the EP at work :( And also sad how bloody quickly they grow up.

Dropped my 8 month old at Daycare yesterday for her first day. Mum didn't want to do it so dad was left with no option but for the dump and run. No tears whatsoever and a bit later some friends of ours dropped their daughter off at the same place and reported back that there was plenty of happy squeals!

Was asleep when I returned to collect her.

All meta platforms took a massive bit. Facebook itself was only part of the $200billion.

Still that's not a good night out to say the least but alot of other technology stocks as well look to have dropped. Apple, Microsoft and Amazon also dropped over the last night.

My new found lease of life.

I was struggling with the big black dog for a while with really only a job promotion to keep me positive, even that came with additional stressors that I had to contend with on my own which resulted in me sitting out the back most nights having a punt, beers and started hooking into some darts again.

I started easing up mid Jan with an aim to have a clean Feb, I had a huge Australia Day eve then decided that was it, everything is stopping.

I've been going to the gym before and after work each day, doing at least one 4KM run each day, someone brought me a beer on Sunday at the cricket and that's the only alcoholic beverage I've had since the 25th and I feel f****** great, I even deleted my betting apps.

I am killing it at work and just in an all round great headspace, not very often I find that I'm proud of myself but I'm pretty happy with how hard this old boy is working atm.

Thank you to those on here that have checked up on me from time to time, it does mean a lot and I will get around to catching up for a bevvie, I'm just gonna keep this juggernaut rolling for as long as possible.

Borderline Port fan

Matt Richardson very impressive person, if I was a port fan I would be extremely impressed and confident with his direction of the club especially off field.

A debt ridden club with a coach who can’t coach, what could go wrong?

Don't worry, the odd press release about a jumper will distract the natives from what's really going on
