Could be about tarnishing CM reputation rather than the content of the camp.

Booney wrote:The thing with journalism is you're reporting on the information you've been given as, in most instances, you weren't there, so it comes down to how much you trust those sources, how many people can verify what those sources have told you and your willingness to accept it as fact. Ultimately the reporters are merely gathering information and it's up to them to verify that information before they run with it. Clearly they've been fed poor information on this one.
The interesting follow up from this is Fagan, Pyke and Burton all lost their jobs because of this, if there's grounds for compensation to them you would think they would most certainly seek them out, if only to maintain / repair their damaged reputations. Watch this space I reckon.

Lol Roo is an interesting cat if he thinks he'll get a guy like Chocco on for an on air apology.cracka wrote:Brodlach wrote:Vamos wrote:Is it lies or the fact that the story got out? Sounds like they were reporting heresay as fact.
Roo this morning mentioned Chocco reporting something that allegedly happened to Sam Jacobs so he personally investigated it & found it completely untrue so rang Chocco for an on air apology that never happened
