Might be putting on muscle mate, don't worry about the numbers, as long as you are happy with your results.
Bloody hope so, the arms feel fuller and the gut feels flatter so I don't think I'll bother weighing in, last time round I just ran, did shitloads of ab crunches and 2km of rowing every visit and I shed heaps of kilo's rapidly, I've been doing a lot of weights this time round so hopefully that is it.
Main thing is physically and mentally I'm in a great place for once.
Got it in one.
