2MM hopefully shouldn't be too much of an issue id say.

It's here now, would suspect most umpires will say no to games starting in this.

Would think all games would have been called off, would they all be re programmed to next Tuesday?

A2- Fulham have a habit of dropping a close one, could finish just outside the 4 now. Tight at the top Of ladder, not much between the top 7.
A3s- Couple of standout teams, GG with a few stand out bats making the difference.

That was a great effort by Goodwood to chase down PAOC's 259 and will give them great confidence when they take on Ingle Farm next game. I'm looking forward to the Pooraka (Hanson) v Woodville South (Hoffman) encounter. Could be an absolute run fest and I'm tipping Pooraka to go 350+ again and get the chocolates.

King Hoffman

Makes 160 against a depleted Pooraka attack and getting very close to a thousand run season. Woodville Sourh make 317 ..... is it enough if Bailey and Hanson get going?

Dunno when was the last time 320 got chased down in A1? You must of been a very good player in your day mate the way you bag a bloke who's on track for a 1000 run season in A1. Flog

Nathan Adcock hit 103 off 33 balls yesterday and was out in the 9th over. Unbelievable. Hit 6 sixes in an over and then another off the first ball of the next over he faced to bring up his ton. Remarkably Uni still were unable to chase down 205.

Flinders Park at home, won the toss and batted, so you would assume there were no demons in the pitch. Spoke to one of the umpires last night and he confirmed pitch was fine, just good bowling and some ordinary batting.

That's a little premature, but they need to start playing a lot better if they want to stay up. Still about 5 clubs potentially in trouble.

Take Overall out, and there’s not much in form left. He hadnt score under 48 before yesterday.
As drier weeks continue, winning the toss and Covid will be vital.

I can't recall it happening in the last 5 years. But then again, not many sides have been set 320 either.

Some notable sucessful chases, and or high scoring matches:

Not 320 but 260 got chased down last round (by Goodwood), and they were on track to go on and make 350 if needed (called stumps with 10 overs to go).

Last year Para Hills almost chased 310ish, finishing on high 290s from memory (vs Trinity).
Also last year I recall SPOC vs Pooraka had a run-fest, 330 vs 360 I think, albeit I think the winners batted first that game.
Looking at successful chases, last year Reynella were defeated with 280 on the board as Old Scotch went on to post 350+.

In 2019 Para Hills came close, it was a really strange one, Wordsworth made 120*, and no one else got past 35, but they still ended up making 315 in reply to Ingle Farm's 345.

I recon Hope Valley made 280 in 2017/18 and failed to defend it twice, Payneham and PAOC both chasing it down with scores around 300.

So yeah, no one has done it in the last 5 seasons so the boys may as well save themselves 5 hours on saturday and just start the day in the bar.

Left arm orthodox

He has been a strong and consistent performer for many years in our B Grade and an opportunity to be the 2nd spinner has presented itself since the departure of Harvey Box. Doesn't bowl too many loose balls so has the ability to tie batsmen down if they aren't proactive.
