Rock made reference to Smith's wife being in GI Jane 2, she has alopecia and has recently stopped wearing wigs. Smith walked up on stage an slapped Rock, then sat down and twice yelled "Keep my wifes name out your f*cking mouth!"

Definitely real, he cried during his acceptance speech later in the show and apologised to the Academy.
He said "Love will make you do crazy things"

Geez, we've gone a bit far if that's the way you react to a joke. Comedians everywhere around the world will be wondering what next.

You can't walk up on stage and belt a comedian because you were offended by what they said.

Fine line we all walk now, hey?

She suffers from a medical condition, had a comedian tried to get a laugh from “teasing” a family member of mine because of a medical condition I would do the same.

It’s only hair but still a medical condition. Would you do it if you had a Down syndrome child and someone took the piss?

Not saying I'm on board with what Rock said, but you can't just belt someone for being offended. Imagine how that will work in 2022!
