High scoring in the Tigers game

Hawkins gets looked after? So it's true, it really does make you go blind.

I would say all 18 coaches this week will be highlighting that persistence is paramount.

The round was highlighted by Geelong, Adelaide, St Kilda and almost Hawthorn coming back from healthy margins.

Momentum seems to be really hard to stop with rules such as the 6,6,6. The hot holding the ball and deliberate calls. Much harder for teams to slow the play down and stop momentum.

What a surprise LM has a complaint. I thought it was a hilarious dummy spit.

Not sure how that offends tbh

Surprise? How so? It wasn't a complaint, it was a statement.

Surely you know me well enough to know that I don't get offended.

I just didn't see the need for you to run alongside of Wedgie like Chester the dog chiming in on a weak pot shot at Bedgie when you wouldn't speak like that to his face, that is my biggest pet hate on here.

I'm quite happy to pick him up and take him down the pub so you can tell him how you feel.

On a parting note, he's never played for Central United, I know you would've been grinning while you typed it but it's totally incorrect.

Tough times in the west there mate, I never thought the Eagles could bottom out like that, they struggled one year for memory and came out swinging the next season, it's hard to see that being the case this time.

I haven't seen a team in a long time carry as many blokes who visually look unfit (overweight) as the Eagles. In particular Nic Nat and Willi Rioli.

I know one dickhead with the same as me and looks like me thought Tim Kelly was going to have a breakout year and picked him for his SC team, along with Nic Nat.

I’ve met Bedge. If you play sport and live out north he’s a character that is hard to miss. He seems a genuinely good bloke and is very passionate about his sport.

I’m sure Both Bedge and wedgie would Look back at the exchange And conclude it could of been handled better.

If it’s make u feel better and u feel the need to prove your point. bring bedge on down and we can discuss over a beer. He seems a fairly reasonable bloke.

I have no issues with bedge.and I’m sure I’m not the only one who thought his exchange was comedy gold.

Amazing what a close game of footy plus alcohol can do.

More importantly coaches are taking the game on more and embracing imperfection, they are finally realising that speed with the ball creates opportunities and defenders panic with their backs turned.

There also seems to be a new wave of young big goal kicking forwards which helps - King, Larkey, Lewis, McKay, Naughton

I underestimated the Hawks. I thought they were gonners after the first quarter but geez they dug in. Those still wanting Clarkson at the helm might be thinking again.

Jiath and Connor Nash are stars.

Been calling on AFL nation I think it is on Sundays for a while. Being a racing nut and always having Racing.com on Saturday’s,my 14 year old daughter heard him on the car radio calling footy, she asked is that the bloke that does the races? He has a recognisable voice.
Best race caller in Australia and will move through the ranks calling AFL one would think.

Absolutely, place is a mess. Will settle a bit once there is stability, looks like a long season for us though.

I feel quite conflicted. I like Jiath. He plays for Hawthorn ffs! But I love watching him play. I feel so unclean!
