I say exceptional but it's 4.87.
Compared to my friends it's very exceptional, a couple are lower than 4!

I've got no reason to lie about this.

My parents dog, 12, diagnosed a few months back. Apart from being a little lethargic and occasional bouts of just staring into nothing he seems alright. The Vet thought my dog, also 12, had it a few weeks back after the little bloke had a seizure, turned out to be an enlarged heart.

Official result was "fat dog syndrome" which is an actual thing apparently. Thyroid issue, tablets for the rest of his life

Bizarre
My 19 year old cat Jackie, has just been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism (that's an overactive thyroid for those playing at home) - this can be life threatening for cats.
Given she's 19, it all but rules out surgery to remove the thyroid because she probably won't survive it, so i think my choices are either chemo (it's a once off thing and makes her radioactive for a couple of weeks but it kills off the thyroid and then it's not a problem ever again)
OR trying to give a tablet to a cat twice per day for the rest of her life which just maintains thyroid levels, instead of ridding her of them
