You reckon? If there's one thing about Hinkley it's that he's always a believer, we might think he rambles on with his cliche's but I think he thoroughly believes in what he's putting down.

It's a tough one, do you prefer to have your next season's coach in place by about round 15 to get a head start on list management and recruiting strategies?
Obviously a coach that has been in the game may have some influence over players they have coached previously, an early start could be helpful.

That's only if you promote a current assistant into the role, you're not getting anyone else into the club in round 15. Has nobody here ever watched a coaching appointment take place before?
