I’ve never seen a defender put in less defensive efforts than him. Just kills the other hardworking players.

He's a Halfscab Flanker, please don't call them defenders.

Deadset

I’ve never seen a bloke that just gives nothing when the ball hits the deck in defensive 50, legit jobs after the opponent as they sprint about around packs. Refuses to go third man up despite generally not having a direct opponent

Didn't hate that half of footy. Need to tighten ups. About or Nick Diacos, but our midfield is holding its own at the moment without Kelly, Gaff and Shuey.

Just need Nice Nat to hold the line against Grundy. Our contested ball work has been ok and we are getting the pill.

Not sure if we can hold this, few blokes playing out of there skin at the moment.

I can't see us getting up here, just don't have the drive at the moment. Boys have fought hard, but we don't have the cattle to get us over the line here.

I thought WC looked pretty good, mind you I only saw the last quarter. Any time the Eagles are winning in Melbourne, they're to be taken seriously. If they've still got decent players to come back in then perhaps rumours of their death have been greatly exaggerated.

Well done eagles, that's a great win.
Bigger bodies got us in the end.
Eagles seemed to get the rub of the green with the umpiring or am I biased?
The Rioli one was a shocker.
Then Elliott gets smashed from behind... Play on.

It’s amazing how bad the dogs are when the umpires aren’t kicking goals for them
