No excuses, cant blame the umpires

Too much freelance footy

Had our chances but bad kicking is bad footy!

Didn’t deserve the win & should’ve really actually pinched it at the end.
Can’t remember the last time we dropped so many easy marks, fumbled when not under pressure & missed easy targets. Really missed Turner, Shaz & Reynolds today - especially Reynolds.
After sailing close to the wind for most of the year, this is the kick up the arse we need.

Port probably spent more in airfares yesterday than we did in matchies

Not that, that’s Port fault per se as that the wonderful AFL F***ed up world we live in.

To be fair Hosie being a shut down forward isn’t his role. After quarter time Lachie really upped his work rate in the last 3 qtrs to gives plenty of options going forward which we couldn’t take advantage of with our skills. For him to kick 5:2 was a good effort yesterday.

200 plus tackles for the match the pressure was on yesterday.

Better players for us proud, Parto Bailey Snook and Hosie
