He literally said it. How is it incorrect

Come on, its not like Hardwick can come out and blast the incompetent umpires.

Who the hell was the umpire getting instructions from on the ear mic? He wanted to pay 50...then said common sense not 50 WTF

Why do you care so much? Richmond choked. Sydney’s last half was excellent.

Also shouldn’t horse come out too and complain about the umpiring?

So clearly the decisions can be made off the field and we just need umps to relay that message and throw the ball up.

He was communicating with the other umpires.

I'm a huge critic of umpires but what happened was 100% correct and extremely well handled by the umpires.
Balls get kicked after a whistle every week and are brought back with the benefit of the doubt given to the player in most instances.

100% wrong, "I didn't hear" is not a valid excuse.

No hate from me, I'd just like the rules to be applied not be based on how the umpire feels.

I want consistency in how the rules are applied, don't you?

How can we get consistency with the rules when the rules committee continue to tweek them week to week. Shouldn’t even be a free kick in the first place. The real issue isn’t what happened at the end of the game. It’s what happened during it. Tigers choked and the umpires gave away 60. Yes 60 free kicks. If this was the other way round I’d feel the same.

The umpires choked.

Who cares if there is 10000 free kicks if they are there
