I can't help but feel like Port look a worse side with Dixon in it than without him. He's an imposing figure and competes well, but suddenly it seemed the long kick to a Dixon 2v1 was the go again, instead of the more precise F50 entries of the past month.

Still took more marks inside 50 than we previously had been. We average 12 this year which is on the rise (was just under 12 in 2021), 17 yesterday, even in those conditions and we had 7 at 1/4 time suggesting we've opened the forward line up and are looking to hit open targets more.

That marks inside 50 has been a noticeable change with Dixon out, 13 against the Cats defence, 21 against the Dogs, 21 against North, 19 against the Eagles, regardless of the opposition we're clearly moving into a more open forward line.

First half was the worst half of football we have played in a long time. Utterly pathetic and game was over 10 minutes into the second quarter. Just a mentally weak and hopeless side

Will beat Carlton next match

He hit him in the face. Twice. Deliberately.

If common sense came into it would we allow players with 22 drug strikes be able to play as they mutter mental health each time?

A week is not right. Should be 2.

Cotchin gets away with murder all the time, and flops all the time, but yeah, buddy has to get a week.
The first shove was just low enough to get away with it, the second one means he has to go.
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

FFS can anyone ever recall a person retaliating to niggle:
a) not getting caught
b) not ending up with a worse outcome - report/suspension

Buddy deserves a week for stupidity alone and here's a tip Bud if you get swinging arms/hands to the head are always going to cost you a week.

How dumb was that swans player who crashed into the Richmond player after they had been given a free kick in the first quarter?
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
