Celebrated my dad's 70th today, a passionate Cats man. Chris brought him on off the rookie list to get the win, well played. Dad's name is Kevin wif a K, not Bryan wif a G.
Whoops, there goes another year. Whoops, there goes another pint of beer.

Amazing what a team can achieve when it plays to its strengths and is more attacking.

Spoke to my mate who's high up in Geelong FC
They were happy the Swans beat Collingwood
Collingwood would have brought too many unknowns to the match

I dare say GFC would have won anyway the way they played plus our lack of good forwards would have been exposed

There is a bit to that but Collingwood was 0-4 against the Grand Finalists. If you are discounting the two narrow losses that prevented them from making the granny you have to discount the ten narrow wins that got them there. In both games against Collngwood we ran over the top of them in the last quarter and in the granny we would have had one less final to play before the big game so I reckon it might have been a 2011 type scenario where we kicked away at the end. Would have probably made for a better game for neutrals though.

I think you're agreeing with him and me
I'm not discounting narrow losses - its how we got there
He just said they were happier to play the Swans. I think the reasons why showed out.
You had them covered all over the ground. Its not that they played badly - you didn't let them play

If it had been CFC and turned into a shoot out then you were always going to comfortably win.
The two forward lines are light years apart: we haven't kicked over 15 goals all year
Unless Cox took 10 marks up forward  , we were always going to struggle to kick a winning score.
